The Thule 323 crank down ratchet is a scaled down version of the tie down ratchets that virtually all operators use on trucks and trailors. It is ideal for quickly and safely securing items such as timber, ladders and other solid loads to a pair of roof bars. 

• Ensures speedy and secure fastening of loads, from ladders to planks
• Consists of 2 parts: 4.1m and 0.4m strap and a ratchet with rubber protected steel S-hooks
• Ideal for use with Thule Eye Bolt 320 when attaching to Thule ProBars
