Go back to basics with a Thule FreeWay 3 rear mount carrier that is designed for all types of cars

The 968 Thule FreeWay 3 is a no frills rear mount bike carrier. Despite being basic it is ideal for using on shorter routes and in places where security is not high on the agenda. However, although not lockable extra cablelocks can be added as an accessory. 

Useful tips from roofracks.co.uk:  “To avoid any risk of scratching, we recommend cleaning the car at the attachment points prior to fitting the carrier.  It is always best to mount the heaviest bike closest to the car”

• Carries 3 bikes
• Maximum load capacity: 45 kg
• Maximum bike weight: 15 kg
• Rubber coated frame holders keep the bikes firmly in place while protecting the frames from scratches and marks
